All items are handmade and we strive for high quality items. If there are any issues with your items please reach out to us via our Tik Tok Shop chat. Refunds and exchanges are not offered once your items are delivered unless there is a quality issue. In which case we will do our best to accommodate your request. Canceling an order must be done 48 hours after placing the order.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method used minus a restocking fee. This fee is taken by the payment processor and thus cannot be returned by us the merchant. Processing times for refunds are different for each payment method.
